(video) How To Deal With Feeling Unloved?

The one thing that played a big part with me experiencing depression was feeling unloved inside. I was surrounded by family members but yet felt unloved. I always felt like the people in my life really didn’t want to be around me but where tolerating me and this drove me into a deep depression where I started not to like myself. All of this changed for me when I decided to seek professional help and get to the root of why I was feeling unloved inside.

If I were to ask you, what is your definition of love what would you say? My definition of love at that time in my life was unhealthy. Growing up in a family where it was toxic shaped my belief that love hurts, love manipulate, love was on and off, I had to give of myself in order for others to love and like me and so many other things.

As I begin to study the bible and learn a new meaning of what love is, where it come from and how it looks, I was able to see the real problem that I was facing in my life. I was surrounded by people who did not know what love really meant. According to the bible, love is patient, love is kind, love is forgiving, love builds up, love speaks the truth, love never fails but preserves, love trust and protect etc…Click here to download scriptures on love.

The way how you deal with feeling unloved is to turn to the bible and see what God’s word says about love and study it. God is love! Loves come from God. Ask God to show you how much He loves you. God loves you so much that He created you in His image. He chose you before anyone else. He has called you to do great things with your life but before you do, you have to first find out how much God loves you. Pray and ask God to shower you with his love and blessings.
